SDLD-1
VIDEO
TRANSMISSION
COMMON PROBLEMS WITH VIDEO TRANSMISSION:
-
Non-linear cable loss
-
Loss of video signal quality
-
Signal at the end of the line no longer complies with the specifications and is not suitable for further processing
-
Interference in the video image of simple camera systems due to brightness-dependent variations of the camera supply voltage
OUR SOLUTION:
-
On the camera side, the video signal is amplified and the high frequency components of it are raised even more to compensate for the non-linear cable loss.
-
On the ECU side, the signal is restored (correction of low and high frequency components), the synchronizing signals are corrected with regard to signal shape and amplitude and the signal is clamped to a constant DC level.
-
The SOLD-2 module generates a stable short circuit protected camera voltage from a wide range input voltage and the video amplifier circuitry with optional frequency compensation drives the signal through the cable.
